Here is a small sample of some designs we have programmed. We have programmed many thousands of designs over the last 15 years. We are currently using Melco and Wilcom digitzing systems, as well as Adobe and Corel artwork software packages.

 

Digitizing 101

Programming a design for embroidery entails scanning a piece of artwork, correcting the size, and laying in the stitches using digitizing software. Simple designs can be finished in minutes but complex designs can take 8 to 10 hours or more to program. We have programmed jacketback designs in excess of 200,000 stitches and 15 unique colors and 35 color changes...designs this complex can easily take more than 8 hours to sewout a single run.
