How small can the lettering go?

A. For best results, we like to keep the lettering approximately 1/4 inch (or 5mm) tall on pique knit type materials. Due to the nature of machine embroidery, the quality of the lettering degrades considerably below this size. Smaller lettering sizes are an option, though, if stitching on poplin, denim, satin, nylon and other very smooth, tight materials. Talk to us if you have questions.

What is Digitizing??
Digitizing is the process of taking the customer’s artwork or digital picture
and converting the design into stitches that are stored in a computer file which
the embroidery machine can read. The human "digitizer" or "puncher" optimizes the qualities of the various stitch types, densities, and sewing sequence to each type of material being sewn on.
